Processing Time


Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received.

Pre-Order / Incoming Stock Items: If you place an order for an item that is not yet in stock, the item is reserved for you. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as the item becomes available and received by us.

Mixed Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and incoming items, the entire order will be shipped together once the incoming item is ready.

  • This ensures your order is shipped in one complete package once all items are available..

 

Shipping Costs

Domestic (Australia): Flat rate AUD $10 shipping on all orders.

International: Flat rate AUD $20 shipping

  – EUR €12

Promotions: Promotion codes can be applied at checkout.

Shipping rates are flat and do not vary based on weight or order size

  • Standard Parcel Post:

    • Within NSW: 2-4 business days

    • Interstate: 3-6 business days

International Shipping

  • We ship to any country that Australia Post delivers to, including Australia Post–serviced destinations worldwide, such as:

    United States & Canada
    United Kingdom & Ireland
    European Union (EU) – including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, and more
    Other European countries – including Switzerland and Norway
    Asia – Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia
    Oceania – New Zealand

    If Australia Post delivers to your country, we can ship to you.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

 

International Orders - Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to local postal services and customs clearance.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • OrenoBeys is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or other external factors.

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will assist with AusPost investigations.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for faulty or damaged items.

  • If you believe your order is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect usage, or wear and tear.

  • For products made and supplied by independent partner sellers, you may be directed to contact the original seller regarding issues or claims.
