Some FAQs before you sign your soul away 😌

  • Members can pre-order new releases one week before they open to everyone else, enjoy shipping upgrades from standard to express on their first two monthly orders (Australian members only), receive a free ratchet or bit chosen at random with every order, and be automatically entered into a monthly members raffle, with the winner announced on the last day of each month.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

    We aim to provide prompt responses within three business days.
