Welcome to OrenoBeys. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, memberships, website use, event sales, pop-up stall purchases, and interactions with OrenoBeys.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, including Australian and international customers, and to all purchases made through the OrenoBeys website, invoices, direct sales, event sales, pop-up stalls, community events, or any other approved OrenoBeys sales channel.

By using this website, placing an order, signing up for a membership, purchasing from us at an event, or interacting with OrenoBeys, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

OrenoBeys is an independent Beyblade-focused store. We sell Beyblade X parts, full Beyblades, official accessories, rare items, mystery products, fan-made accessories, 3D printed accessories, and related products for players and collectors. OrenoBeys is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with Takara Tomy, Hasbro, Beyblade, or any related brand owners unless expressly stated.

1. General Information
OrenoBeys aims to provide accurate product information, clear item descriptions, and reliable access to Beyblade X products and accessories. Our website may include products such as:

  • Blades
  • Ratchets
  • Bits
  • Lock chips
  • Assist blades
  • Full Beyblade combos
  • Rare Beyblades
  • Official Takara Tomy items
  • Official accessories
  • Fan-made accessories
  • 3D printed accessories
  • Mystery bags
  • Mystery ratchets
  • Mystery bits
  • Pre-order items
  • Member-only items
  • Event and pop-up stock

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, release dates, colours, quantities, and stock levels may change at any time.

2. Product Descriptions and What Is Included
Customers are responsible for reading the full product title, description, inclusions, exclusions, photos, warnings, and any pre-order information before purchasing.

Many OrenoBeys products are sold as individual Beyblade parts, not full Beyblades. This means a product may include only one component, such as a blade, ratchet, bit, lock chip, assist blade, launcher, accessory, or other part. For example, a product labelled as a blade only may not include a ratchet or bit. A product labelled as a ratchet only will not include a blade or bit. A product labelled as a bit only will not include a blade or ratchet.

If a product description says “component only”, “blade only”, “ratchet only”, “bit only”, “lock chip only”, “assist blade only”, “no other parts included”, or similar wording, the customer acknowledges that only the listed component is included.

OrenoBeys is not responsible if a customer purchases an item without reading the product description carefully.

3. Beyblade Parts, Compatibility and Use
Beyblade products are designed for spinning top play, collection, display, and competitive use depending on the product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any part they purchase is suitable for their intended use, including compatibility with their existing Beyblade X products, launcher, stadium, tournament rules, and personal preferences.

OrenoBeys does not guarantee that every part will suit every player’s preferred combo, play style, tournament format, or performance expectation.

Performance may vary depending on the combination used, launch technique, stadium, surface, wear level, product condition, and other factors outside our control.

4. Official, Imported, Fan-Made and 3D Printed Products
OrenoBeys may sell a mix of official products, imported products, fan-made products, 3D printed accessories, partner-made products, and custom accessories.

Where possible, product descriptions will state whether an item is official, fan-made, 3D printed, custom, imported, or supplied by a third party.

Official Japanese Takara Tomy items may include Japanese packaging, Japanese instructions, Japanese product names, codes, or region-specific details.

Fan-made and 3D printed items may have small variations in colour, finish, texture, fit, surface lines, print marks, or minor cosmetic imperfections. These are normal characteristics of fan-made or 3D printed products and are not automatically considered faults.

Fan-made and 3D printed accessories are not official Takara Tomy products unless expressly stated.

5. Product Images, Colours and Variations
Product images are provided for reference only.

Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, camera quality, stock variation, production batches, or supplier differences.

Some items may have minor cosmetic differences, packaging differences, manufacturing marks, small scratches, mould marks, or slight colour variation. This is especially possible with imported products, rare items, loose parts, used display stock, fan-made products, and 3D printed accessories.

Unless the product is materially different, faulty, damaged, or not as described under Australian Consumer Law, minor cosmetic differences do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

6. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. Stock is only reserved once checkout has been successfully completed and payment has been received.

OrenoBeys may cancel and refund an order if:

  • Stock becomes unavailable

  • There is a stock counting error

  • A supplier cannot provide the item

  • The product is damaged before dispatch

  • The product listing contained an error

  • The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk

  • The customer has breached these Terms & Conditions

If an order cannot be fulfilled, OrenoBeys will provide a refund for the unavailable item or order.

7. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

OrenoBeys may run sales, discount codes, event pricing, bundle offers, member offers, or limited-time promotions. These may not always be available across all sales channels.

Prices at pop-up stalls, events, Discord sales, invoices, direct sales, community events, or partner events may differ from website prices due to event costs, payment fees, stock availability, or special promotions.

OrenoBeys is not required to honour old prices, expired discounts, incorrect pricing, or pricing errors.

If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, OrenoBeys may cancel the order and provide a refund.

8. Payment
Payment must be made in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

OrenoBeys may accept payment through website checkout, invoice, card payment, PayPal, Square, event POS, or other available payment methods.

OrenoBeys may cancel or hold an order if payment fails, payment is reversed, a chargeback is opened, or the transaction appears suspicious.

9. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers may receive an order confirmation by email.

Customers are responsible for checking that their order details, name, email address, shipping address, item selection, colours, quantities, and product choices are correct.

If you notice an error, contact OrenoBeys as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched.

10. Shipping and Delivery
OrenoBeys ships orders using available postal or courier services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to Australia Post, couriers, customs, public holidays, supplier delays, weather events, strikes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

For Australian orders, delivery timeframes are estimates only. OrenoBeys is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier networks, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, parcel redirection, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the postal or courier service, OrenoBeys is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

OrenoBeys is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to OrenoBeys due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or delivery issue caused by the customer, the customer may be required to pay additional postage before the order is resent.

11. Combined Orders and Pre-Order Shipping
If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the full order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Customers who want in-stock items shipped separately should place separate orders or contact OrenoBeys before purchasing.

OrenoBeys is not responsible for delays to in-stock items where the customer has chosen to purchase them in the same order as a pre-order item.

12. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are items that are not currently in hand and are expected to arrive at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The item will not ship immediately

  • Release dates and arrival dates are estimates only

  • Supplier delays may occur

  • Shipping delays may occur

  • Stock allocation may change

  • Product details may change before release

  • Your full order may be held until the pre-order item arrives

  • OrenoBeys will dispatch the item once it has arrived and is ready to ship

  • If OrenoBeys cannot supply the item, you will receive a refund for the unavailable item

Pre-order dates are based on supplier information, release schedules, and estimated shipping timelines. These may change without notice.

OrenoBeys is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, customs, freight companies, couriers, or postal services.

13. Limited, Rare and Exclusive Items
Some products sold by OrenoBeys may be rare, limited, event-exclusive, collaboration items, imported items, or hard-to-source products.

These items may have limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. OrenoBeys does not guarantee future availability or restocks.

Rare and limited items may be priced based on sourcing difficulty, market value, supplier cost, rarity, condition, demand, and availability.

14. Mystery Bags, Mystery Ratchets, Mystery Bits and Random Products
Mystery products are sold as randomised items. This may include mystery bags, mystery ratchets, mystery bits, mystery Beyblade parts, random pulls, blind products, or other surprise products. By purchasing a mystery product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The item you receive is random

  • You may not receive your preferred item

  • You may receive a duplicate if purchasing multiple mystery products

  • Pull rates, if listed, apply to the overall batch and do not guarantee a specific result for each customer

  • Common, mid-tier, rare, or top-tier items may vary by product release

  • You cannot request a specific item unless the listing expressly allows it

  • Mystery products are not refundable simply because you dislike the item received

  • Mystery products are not refundable simply because the item is common, duplicated, or not the item you hoped for

No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are available for mystery products due to their random nature.

This does not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged, materially not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.

15. Member-Only Products and Membership Perks
OrenoBeys may offer memberships, member-only areas, early access, special offers, shipping upgrades, bonus items, raffles, or other subscriber benefits.

Membership benefits may change from time to time.

Member benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Early access to pre-orders

  • Early access to selected products

  • Special offers

  • Subscriber-only updates

  • Shipping upgrades for eligible Australian members

  • Extra goodies with eligible orders

  • Monthly member raffles

Membership perks are subject to availability, eligibility, timing, and stock levels.

Bonus items, free items, raffle prizes, and member extras may vary and are not guaranteed to be the same for every member or order.

OrenoBeys may change, pause, remove, substitute, or cancel membership benefits where reasonably necessary.

16. Free Items, Goodies, Giveaways and Promotional Extras
OrenoBeys may provide free items, bonus parts, samples, stickers, goodies, promotional extras, giveaway prizes, or raffle prizes. These items are provided at OrenoBeys’ discretion and may vary depending on stock availability.

Free items and bonus items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, substituted on request, or redeemed for store credit. If a free item is unavailable, OrenoBeys may substitute it or choose not to include one.

Promotional items may be subject to separate terms, eligibility rules, dates, limits, or conditions.

17. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed unless OrenoBeys chooses to do so.

Discount codes may have conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, one-use limits, customer eligibility, membership requirements, or regional limits.

OrenoBeys may cancel, modify, or refuse discount codes if they are misused, expired, shared improperly, applied incorrectly, or affected by a website error.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

18. Event Sales and Pop-Up Stalls
OrenoBeys may sell products at Beyblade events, tournaments, pop-up stalls, community events, or partner events. Event stock may differ from website stock. Event prices, discounts, payment methods, availability, and product selection may differ from the website.

Customers purchasing at events are responsible for checking the item before completing the purchase where possible. Event purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated.

Proof of purchase may be required for any issue after an event purchase.

19. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

  • Reading product descriptions carefully

  • Checking what is and is not included

  • Choosing the correct item, colour, part, size, version, or quantity

  • Ensuring compatibility with their own Beyblade products

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact details

  • Using products safely and appropriately

  • Supervising children when using small parts

  • Following any age, safety, or choking hazard warnings

  • Contacting OrenoBeys promptly if there is an issue

OrenoBeys is not responsible for customer error, incorrect product selection, misunderstanding of product inclusions, failure to read the listing, misuse, modification, or damage caused after delivery.

20. Safety Warning
Beyblade products, accessories, parts, and related items are designed as toys, hobby products, collectibles, and play items. These products may contain small parts. Small parts may present a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under three years of age.

Products should only be used by children under appropriate adult supervision.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are age-appropriate, used safely, and kept away from young children where necessary.

Products should be used only as intended and in suitable Beyblade stadiums or safe play environments.

OrenoBeys is not responsible for injuries, damage, or loss caused by unsafe use, misuse, modification, improper launching, inappropriate play environments, or failure to supervise children.

21. Wear and Tear
Beyblade products are used in high-impact play and may naturally experience wear and tear. Normal wear and tear may include:

  • Scratches

  • Marks

  • Paint wear

  • Stickers lifting

  • Plastic wear

  • Metal contact marks

  • Small dents

  • Battle damage

  • Loosening over time

  • Performance changes after use

Normal wear and tear is not considered a product fault.

Damage caused by battle use, misuse, rough handling, incorrect assembly, modification, drops, impacts, or use outside intended play is not covered by refunds or replacements.

22. Refunds, Returns and Replacements
OrenoBeys handles refunds, returns and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, unsafe, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

OrenoBeys does not provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Not reading the product description

  • Choosing the wrong colour, part, quantity, or version

  • Disliking a mystery product result

  • Receiving a duplicate mystery item

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Damage caused by battle use

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Products modified by the customer

  • Products used incorrectly

  • Packaging damage only, where the product itself is not damaged

  • Minor cosmetic variation that does not affect use

To request assistance with a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, customers must contact OrenoBeys within seven days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging if relevant

  • A clear explanation of the problem

  • Proof of purchase

OrenoBeys may require the item to be returned for assessment before providing a remedy.

23. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers must contact OrenoBeys as soon as possible. Do not continue using the item if you believe it is faulty or damaged.

OrenoBeys may offer a replacement, repair, refund, partial refund, store credit, or other solution depending on the issue and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law. If the issue is minor and can be reasonably fixed, OrenoBeys may choose to repair, replace, or provide another suitable remedy. If the issue is major, the customer may be entitled to choose between a refund or replacement, where required by law.

24. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels
OrenoBeys is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services after dispatch.

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered, OrenoBeys is not responsible for stolen parcels, missing parcels, or parcels collected by another person at the delivery address.

Customers should ensure their delivery address is safe and secure.

If a parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, OrenoBeys may assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible.

Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will depend on the carrier’s investigation, tracking information, insurance coverage, and the circumstances of the order.

25. International Orders
OrenoBeys may accept orders from customers outside Australia where shipping is available.

International customers are responsible for checking whether products can be legally imported into their country before placing an order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country or delivery provider.

OrenoBeys is not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, customs seizures, import restrictions, unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, or delays caused by international postal or courier services.

If an international parcel is returned to OrenoBeys due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or import restrictions, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any additional postage required to resend the order.

If an international order cannot be completed due to import restrictions, delivery refusal, unpaid customs fees, or issues outside OrenoBeys’ control, any refund will be assessed after considering the condition of the returned item, original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any fees charged to OrenoBeys.

This does not remove any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer laws.

26. Partner Products and Third-Party Sellers
OrenoBeys may sell or promote products made, supplied, designed, or fulfilled by independent partners, creators, manufacturers, or third-party sellers.

Where a product is supplied by a third party, OrenoBeys may direct customers to the original seller, maker, or supplier for certain product-specific issues, support, warranty information, or claims.

This does not remove any rights a customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.

OrenoBeys is not responsible for claims, statements, warranties, representations, or conduct made by third parties unless required by law.

27. Collaboration, Sponsorship and Community Relationships
OrenoBeys may collaborate with creators, clubs, tournament organisers, YouTubers, community groups, players, or event organisers.

A collaboration, sponsorship, discount code, event appearance, or partnership does not mean that the partner is legally responsible for OrenoBeys orders, customer service, fulfilment, shipping, refunds, or product issues unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers must contact OrenoBeys directly for OrenoBeys order issues.

28. Website Information
OrenoBeys aims to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur, including errors in product descriptions, pricing, stock levels, images, colours, release dates, shipping information, or availability.

OrenoBeys may correct errors, update information, cancel affected orders, or refund customers where necessary.

OrenoBeys is not liable for genuine website errors, technical issues, typographical mistakes, or incorrect third-party information, except where required by law.

29. Account and Membership Information
Customers may be able to create an account, sign up for updates, subscribe to a membership, or join a member area. Customers are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and secure.

OrenoBeys may suspend, cancel, or restrict access to accounts or memberships if there is misuse, abusive behaviour, payment issues, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or other reasonable grounds.

30. Customer Conduct
Customers must interact with OrenoBeys respectfully. OrenoBeys may refuse service, cancel orders, block accounts, remove membership access, or stop communication with customers who engage in:

  • Harassment

  • Abuse

  • Threats

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Chargeback misuse

  • False accusations

  • Discriminatory conduct

  • Spam

  • Attempts to manipulate promotions, raffles, or random products

  • Repeated unreasonable behaviour

This does not remove any rights a customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.

31. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact OrenoBeys first if there is an issue with an order.

If a customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue, OrenoBeys may provide order records, tracking details, product descriptions, communication history, and proof of fulfilment to the payment provider.

OrenoBeys may refuse future orders from customers who misuse chargebacks or payment disputes.

32. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, branding, layout, promotional material, and original OrenoBeys content, belongs to OrenoBeys or its content providers unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, modify, publish, or use OrenoBeys content for commercial purposes without permission.

Product names, brand names, and trademarks belonging to Takara Tomy, Hasbro, Beyblade, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Use of those names is for product identification and description only.

33. Resale
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased from OrenoBeys are intended for personal use, collecting, play, gifting, or ordinary resale by customers at their own discretion.

OrenoBeys is not responsible for how customers price, advertise, resell, modify, trade, or use products after purchase.

Customers must not falsely represent themselves as OrenoBeys, an authorised OrenoBeys representative, or an official distributor of OrenoBeys.

34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrenoBeys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, tournament loss, disappointment, collector value changes, resale value changes, or performance expectations.

OrenoBeys’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where the law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

35. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights customers have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

36. Changes to These Terms
OrenoBeys may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will apply from the date it is published on the website.

Customers should review these Terms before placing an order.
